Mortgage rates fell, with 30-year fixed rate down 14 basis points
The current 30-year fixed rate decreased by 14 basis points to 6.51%.
The 15-year fixed rate remained unchanged at 6.01%, while the 5/1 ARM fell by 28 basis points to 6.37%.
Mortgage refinance rates are also available, with the 30-year fixed refinance rate at 6.64% and the 15-year fixed refinance rate at 6.03%.
