Analyst Adam Jonas highlights SpaceXAI’s Grok Bot launch and upcoming model updates as catalysts for revaluing the stock above current levels.
Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas raised his price target for SpaceX to $300, citing the company’s push into AI-driven enterprise tools as a potential valuation driver. The launch of Grok Bot, an always-on assistant for premium subscribers, marks a step toward competing with frontier AI models, Jonas said in a note Thursday.
Investors currently view SpaceXAI as a niche cloud provider, with little credit given for internal compute productization. Jonas expects upcoming releases—Grok 4.6 this week, 4.7 later this month, and Grok 5 by year-end—to close that gap. The stock has seen volatility, with 911.5 million shares held by employees and early backers.
The $300 target implies more than 100% upside from current levels, reflecting optimism about SpaceXAI’s ability to monetize its AI platform beyond cloud services.
