The new platform offers 40 funds and ETFs with a 0.34% fee, targeting UK adults who currently do not invest.
Mony Group, parent company of Moneysupermarket, will launch an investment platform allowing users to trade mutual funds and ETFs. The service includes 40 products, such as Vanguard LifeStrategy funds and S&P 500 trackers, with no dealing charges and a 0.34% platform fee.
The move pits Mony Group against established UK platforms like Hargreaves Lansdown and AJ Bell, as well as digital challengers. CEO Peter Duffy cited low UK investment rates, with 70% of adults not investing, as an opportunity to leverage the company’s trusted brand.
The platform will integrate into Moneysupermarket’s existing app, offering stocks-and-shares ISAs and general investment accounts. The launch follows the February introduction of a savings platform.
