The company missed modest expectations and reduced guidance due to weaker CARFAX sales and softer international automotive demand.

Mobility Global reported second-quarter organic revenue growth of 7% to $468 million, while adjusted EBITDA climbed 7% to $202 million. Results fell slightly short of projections, driven by an underperforming CARFAX bundled-sales strategy and weaker automotive activity outside the U.S.

The company lowered its 2026 guidance, now forecasting revenue of $1.87 billion–$1.885 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $745 million–$760 million. Standalone costs from the S&P Global spin-off are expected to pressure margins, adding about $100 million in one-time cash costs.

Mobility Global also announced its first quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, payable Sept. 10, but ruled out share repurchases until early 2027. Management emphasized ongoing product launches and European expansion under its ‘One Mobility Global’ integration plan.
