Mizuho increased its price target for Pediatrix Medical Group (MD) to $24 from $21 after the company released Q1 2026 results. Earnings reached $0.36 per share, with adjusted EPS at $0.44 for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Net income totaled $30 million, while adjusted EBITDA was $58 million. Revenue rose to $476 million from $458.4 million year-over-year, supported by a 2.8% increase in same-unit revenue and acquisitions. Same-unit revenue from net reimbursement factors climbed 4.4%.
The company attributed growth to recent acquisitions, partially offset by practice dispositions. Mizuho maintained a Neutral rating on the shares.
