Mizuho lifted Arm Holdings’ (NASDAQ:ARM) price target to $500 from $425, maintaining an Outperform rating. The firm highlighted accelerating agentic AI tailwinds as the company expands its platform with Oracle and ByteDance.
Arm Holdings reported record fiscal Q4 2026 revenue of $1.49 billion, with full-year revenue at $4.92 billion. Royalty revenue also hit a record $2.61 billion, driven by growth in Edge AI, smartphones, and Cloud AI, where data center royalties more than doubled year-over-year.
Mizuho projects Arm could generate $15 billion in agentic AI infrastructure CPU revenue by fiscal 2031, prompting raised estimates for the company.
