A director’s purchase of 188,550 shares marks the largest single transaction in two years amid an 8% share decline.

Mission Produce Inc (NASDAQ:AVO) director Jay Pack acquired 188,550 shares for $2.1 million on June 15, 2026, at a weighted average price of $11.34. The purchase, reported in an SEC Form 4 filing, includes shares held by Pack and his spouse in open market transactions.

The transaction is Pack’s largest in two years, exceeding his prior average sell size of 85,121 shares and reversing a trend of reduced direct ownership. Post-purchase, Pack’s direct holdings rose 54%, though his total economic interest remains at 1,891,397 shares across all classes. Shares closed at $11.18 on June 15, down 8% over the prior year.

The acquisition aligns with a period of price weakness, suggesting opportunistic buying following the decline.
