Miivo Holdings Corp (TSX-V:MIVO) will begin trading as Miivo AI Inc on June 22 after the TSX Venture Exchange approved its name change. The company’s shares will retain the ticker symbol MIVO on the TSXV.
The rebrand aligns with Miivo’s pivot to artificial intelligence-powered financial intelligence tools for small and medium-sized enterprises. Shareholders are not required to take any action, as existing certificates and rights remain unchanged. Miivo’s AI CFO platform aims to enhance business operations through data-driven decision-making.
No consolidation or share capital changes accompany the name update. The company has been assigned a new CUSIP number (59863J100) and ISIN (CA59863J1003).
