Miivo Holdings Corp (TSX-V:MIVO) announced that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, expanding the company’s presence in European capital markets.
The Vancouver-based company, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ‘MIVO’ and on the OTCQB as ‘MIVOF,’ said trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has commenced under the symbol ‘L7S.’ Miivo said the listing is intended to provide European investors with direct access to its shares and broaden its shareholder base across European markets. “We are pleased to extend Miivo’s reach to European capital markets through this Frankfurt listing,” Miivo CEO Alexander Damouni said in a statement. “As we continue to execute on our growth strategy, broadening access to our shares for international investors is an important milestone
