MicroStrategy paused Bitcoin purchases for the week ending August 16, maintaining its 840,447 BTC holdings valued at $63.36 billion. The company sold 3.46 million MSTR shares, raising $333.7 million in net proceeds.
Proceeds were allocated to repurchase 1.39 million STRC shares for $132.2 million, fund $52.4 million in STRC dividends, and increase its USD reserve by $149.1 million. The reserve totaled $4.80 billion as of August 16.
