Micron (MU) shares climbed Friday, marking a seventh consecutive intraday record and extending its weekly gain to over 30%. The rally reflects robust demand for high-bandwidth memory and advanced chips, positioning Micron as a key beneficiary of the AI hardware boom.

The stock has surged 120% since its March 30 low and nearly 1,000% from its April 8, 2025, post-Liberation Day low. Micron has logged 28 intraday records this year, now ranking as the fourth-largest chip stock and 13th in the S&P 500.

Support levels are eyed near $465 to $470, though that remains 34% below current trading levels. Other chip stocks, including Nvidia (NVDA) and AMD (AMD), also hit intraday highs Friday.
