Lyft expects approximately 20% year-over-year growth in gross bookings and over 30% expansion in adjusted EBITDA for Q1 2026. The outlook follows a quarter of double-digit increases in active riders and rideshare demand, management said.

The company previously reported 18% gross bookings growth in Q4 2025, with adjusted EBITDA rising 25%. Analysts had anticipated modest deceleration amid economic uncertainty, but Lyft’s guidance suggests sustained momentum.

Shares remained stable in after-hours trading as investors digested the updated projections.
