L&T Energy Hydrocarbon Offshore (LTEH Offshore), a division of India-based Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has secured a contract from ADNOC Offshore to develop multiple offshore facilities in the Middle East.
The project will be carried out by a consortium, with LTEH Offshore acting as the lead partner
LTEH Offshore will be responsible for the majority of the project’s scope. Although the exact contract value hasn’t been disclosed, L&T indicated that it is more than Rs150bn ($1.57bn). The contract covers engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of new offshore facilities.
LTEH Offshore will also oversee upgrades to existing infrastructure as part of the agreement. Much of the fabrication work is scheduled to take place at L&T’s fabrication yards. The company cited its integrated EPCIC capabilities and history of delivering complex offshore developments in the region.
