Lifeway Foods shareholder Danone USA Public Benefit has priced a secondary offering of 3.45M shares at $19.50 per share.
The sale is expected to close on May 19, 2026, subject to standard closing conditions.
The offering includes shares from Danone’s holdings in Lifeway Foods.
