Levi Strauss reported a 70% surge in white denim sales during its fiscal second quarter, signaling momentum in its push beyond traditional denim products. The company is expanding into shirts, sweaters, dresses, and lifestyle categories, targeting both value and premium segments with labels like Signature and Blue Tab, where jeans retail for $200 to $350.

Bank of America analyst Kendall Toscano reiterated a Buy rating on Levi Strauss stock with a $27 price target, citing progress toward “higher-quality, consistent growth.” The firm raised its fiscal 2026 earnings estimate to $1.52 per share from $1.48 and lifted projections for 2027 and 2028, driven by stronger sales in the Americas and Asia, direct-to-consumer growth, and demand in women’s apparel.

Other Wall Street analysts also turned more bullish following the results, with JPMorgan raising its outlook on the stock.
