The apparel company lifted its full-year revenue and earnings forecasts after reporting stronger-than-expected Q2 2026 results.
Levi Strauss & Co. reported Q2 2026 adjusted earnings of $1.48 per share, exceeding the $1.42 consensus estimate, as sales rose 8% year-over-year to $1.56 billion. The result surpassed the $1.52 billion analysts had projected, with profit from continuing operations climbing to $95 million from $80 million a year earlier.
Regional performance varied, with the Americas up 9% to $815 million, Europe rising 4% to $420 million, and Asia advancing 10% to $284 million. Direct-to-consumer sales, now 51% of total revenue, grew 11%, while wholesale increased 5%. The Beyond Yoga label contributed $43 million, a 16% gain.
Management raised its full-year revenue growth target to 7%-7.5%, up from 5.5%-6.5%, and widened its adjusted earnings forecast to $1.46-$1.52 per share. Despite the positive results, shares fell more than 5% in after-hours trading.
