Lenovo reports Q4 revenue of $21.6 billion, up 27% year-on-year, with AI-related sales jumping 84% to 38% of total revenue.

Lenovo’s stock rose 109% in May, its strongest monthly gain since 1999, after reporting record Q4 revenue of $21.6 billion, a 27% year-on-year increase. Net profit surged 479% to $521 million, up from $90 million a year earlier.

The surge was driven by the Infrastructure Solutions Group, which posted record quarterly revenue of $5.6 billion, up 37% year-on-year. AI-related revenue grew 84% and now accounts for 38% of total sales, reflecting strong demand from enterprise and cloud providers.

Lenovo’s shares have more than doubled this month, making it the top performer on the Hang Seng Index year-to-date, up 159%. The earnings beat marks the company’s fastest quarterly growth in five years.
