A Seychelles Supreme Court ordered KuCoin to compensate a Swiss investor for 21 million delisted tokens but payment remains unfulfilled.

A Swiss investor has not received a $2 million court award from KuCoin tied to 21 million delisted CHP tokens. The Seychelles Supreme Court ruled in December 2025 that KuCoin could not classify unwithdrawn tokens as abandoned, ordering compensation.

The court found KuCoin’s Seychelles entities liable after the exchange did not contest the case. The investor claims KuCoin has yet to respond to the ruling or settle the payment.

No immediate market reaction was reported, but the dispute highlights risks for investors in delisted assets on offshore exchanges.
