The company lifted its annual organic sales and adjusted EPS forecasts following stronger-than-expected quarterly revenue of $6.26 billion.

Kraft Heinz reported Q2 net sales of $6.26 billion, down 1.4% year-over-year but exceeding analysts’ expectations of $6.12 billion. The beat was driven by price increases, though unit demand softened in key markets, particularly U.S. Retail.

The company revised its full-year organic sales forecast to a decline of 0.5% to 2.0%, improving from its prior outlook of a 1.5% to 3.5% drop. Adjusted EPS is now projected at $2.03 to $2.09, up from $1.98 to $2.10. Incremental investments for 2026 were raised by $100 million to $700 million.

Adjusted earnings fell 18.8% to 56 cents per share, still above the 53-cent consensus. A $7.4 billion non-cash impairment charge contributed to an operating loss, though smaller than the prior year.
