Kosmos Energy (KOS) posted a Q1 2026 adjusted loss per share of $0.07, missing estimates by $0.09. Revenue reached $371 million, falling short of expectations by $36 million despite a 28% year-over-year increase.

The company achieved record daily and quarterly production of 74,800 boepd, up 25% YoY, driven by GTA and Jubilee assets. Operating costs dropped 22% YoY, and net debt declined 7% from year-end 2025. Kosmos now targets a 20% full-year debt reduction, up from 10%.

Q2 production is expected to dip slightly due to seasonality and lower Gulf of America output. Full-year 2026 production growth is projected at 15% YoY.
