Kiora Pharmaceuticals reported a first-quarter GAAP loss of $0.58 per share. The company’s research and development expenses totaled $2.1 million, before accounting for $1.2 million in reimbursable expenses from Théa, compared to $2.5 million in the prior-year period after $2.0 million in reimbursements.

General and administrative expenses rose slightly to $1.6 million from $1.5 million in the same quarter of 2025. The changes reflect timing differences in clinical activities and collaboration credits.
