Casey’s General Stores shares surge 85% over the past year as KeyBanc raises its price target and maintains an Overweight rating.

Casey’s General Stores (NASDAQ:CASY) saw its price target raised to $860 from $830 by KeyBanc, which maintained an Overweight rating on the stock. The firm cited fuel margins and industry consolidation as key drivers for the upgrade on April 24th.

Shares of the convenience store operator have climbed 85% over the past year and 48% year-to-date. Analysts and CNBC’s Jim Cramer highlighted the company’s strong performance, particularly its breakfast pizza sales and expansion in small-town markets.

The stock was also noted in the Q1 2026 investor letter from Carillon Eagle Mid Cap Growth Fund, which attributed its gains to robust quarterly results and growth in rural and Midwest markets.
