Kenvue posted second-quarter non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.31, missing estimates by $0.01, while revenue reached $3.96 billion, $10 million below expectations. The company cited a decline in gross and operating margins as key factors in the shortfall.
Year-over-year, diluted EPS rose to $0.24 from $0.22, and adjusted diluted EPS increased to $0.31 from $0.29. However, gross margin fell to 58.2% from 58.9%, and adjusted gross margin dropped to 60.2% from 60.9%. Operating margins also declined, with adjusted operating margin at 22.1%, down from 22.7%.
Revenue grew 3.1% year-over-year, reflecting modest top-line expansion amid margin pressures.
