Karman reported second-quarter revenue of $182 million, a 58% year-over-year increase, driven by demand in missile, defense, maritime, and space markets. Net income surged 106% to $14 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 55% to $55 million, with EPS at $0.14, up 43% from the prior year.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 outlook, now expecting revenue of $730 million to $745 million and adjusted EBITDA of $215 million to $222.5 million. Backlog reached a record $1.3 billion, providing 95% visibility to the midpoint of its revenue guidance, according to the company.

Karman also reported nearly $500 million in quarterly bookings, reinforcing confidence in sustained growth amid rising defense spending.
