Joby Aviation reported second-quarter revenue of $39 million, up from prior periods, driven by growth in Blade’s passenger business. The company raised its full-year revenue forecast to $115 million–$125 million, citing a more than 50% increase in seats sold year over year, though aircraft availability remains a constraint for some routes.

The company posted a GAAP net loss of $245 million as it invests in certification and commercial readiness. Joby ended the quarter with $2.3 billion in cash and investments, projecting second-half cash use of $385 million–$415 million to advance manufacturing, infrastructure, and international expansion.

Joby also announced plans to begin eVTOL integration pilot flights in Texas next month, initially carrying only a pilot before progressing to non-paying and eventually paying passengers under FAA oversight.
