Johnson & Johnson reported Q1 2026 revenue of $24.062 billion, up 9.9% year over year, with adjusted EPS of $2.70. Oncology drugs DARZALEX and TREMFYA grew 22.5% and 68.3%, respectively, mitigating a 59.7% decline in STELARA due to biosimilar competition. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $100.3 billion to $101.3 billion.

Coca-Cola posted a 12.1% revenue increase to $12.472 billion, with EPS of $0.86 beating estimates. Organic revenue grew 10%, driven by 13% volume growth in Zero Sugar products. However, only 3% of Coca-Cola’s revenue surge came from volume, with the rest attributed to pricing, raising concerns about sustainability.

JNJ’s stock broke past $259, while KO tagged an all-time high near $84.14, as both attract capital rotating out of tech. Polymarket traders assign a 92% probability to JNJ beating its next earnings, reflecting confidence in its pipeline.
