The China-based firm will consolidate its American Depositary Shares at a 1-for-25 ratio, effective June 25, 2026.
Jinxin Technology (NAMI) will implement a reverse ADS split, reducing its ADS ratio from 18 ordinary shares per ADS to 450 ordinary shares per ADS. The move equates to a 1-for-25 consolidation, set to take effect on June 25, 2026.
Under the change, ADS holders will exchange every 25 existing shares for one new ADS at the close of business on the effective date. The company cited the adjustment as a measure to maintain compliance with exchange listing requirements.
Shares of Jinxin Technology fell approximately 16% in pre-market trading following the announcement.
