JD.com has agreed to collaborate with Carrier Global Corporation to develop an omnichannel retail ecosystem for home comfort products. The partnership will integrate Carrier’s brands, including Toshiba HVAC and Carrier Residential & Light Commercial, with JD.com’s online and offline infrastructure.

JD.com, China’s largest retailer by revenue, serves over 700 million active customers annually. The company is listed on Nasdaq and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Carrier aims to enhance consumer experience and innovation through the deal, while JD.com seeks to accelerate product delivery and pricing competitiveness.

The agreement comes as JD.com faces heightened regulatory scrutiny in Europe, though no immediate market reaction was disclosed.
