Iran fired ballistic missiles at US air base in Jordan
The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps fired several ballistic missiles at a United States air base and the military Central Command centre in Jordan.
The attack was confirmed in European trade on Wednesday.
Jordan had earlier intercepted five missiles launched from Iran, according to a State news agency report.
