The fertility-focused biotech firm reported a narrower net loss but wider adjusted EBITDA loss for the fiscal year.
INVO BioScience reported a GAAP loss of $214.64 per share on revenue of $6.84 million for the fiscal year. The net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $5.3 million from $7.7 million a year earlier.
Consolidated clinic revenue rose 4% to $6.72 million, while total clinic revenue, including equity method clinics, increased 4% to $8.02 million. Adjusted EBITDA, however, widened to a loss of $3.2 million from $2.2 million in the prior year.
The company did not disclose immediate market reaction to the earnings report.
