Intuit Inc. (NASDAQ:INTU) faces analyst downgrades after Stifel and Goldman Sachs reduced price targets, citing risks from a shift to value-based pricing. Stifel cut its target to $275 from $375, while Goldman Sachs lowered its to $276 from $519, both flagging potential downward revisions to growth forecasts for TurboTax and QuickBooks.

The stock currently trades at $261, with a consensus average target of $446.50, reflecting a 71% upside. Intuit reported a 10% revenue increase to $8.6 billion in Q3 FY2026 and projects full-year revenue of $21.341 billion to $21.374 billion. Analysts warn consensus estimates may be too optimistic for the next three years.

Recent downgrades highlight concerns over market share losses and the impact of pricing adjustments, particularly in lower-tier segments. The company is expected to address these challenges during its September earnings call and analyst day.
