Intel’s Q2 revenue surged 25% year-over-year to $16.1 billion, beating estimates amid strong AI-driven server processor sales.

Intel reported second-quarter revenue of $16.1 billion, up 25% year-over-year and exceeding the $14.42 billion estimate. Adjusted earnings per share reached 42 cents, doubling the expected 21 cents.

The 25% revenue growth marks the company’s fastest quarterly expansion since Q3 2011. Analysts had anticipated slower growth, but demand for AI infrastructure, particularly server processors, drove the outperformance. Intel’s stock has surged over 170% in 2026 but fell 28% in July.

For Q3, Intel guided to revenue between $15.8 billion and $16.8 billion, above the $15.1 billion consensus. The company also plans to increase capital expenditures next year to meet rising demand.
