Indra Sistemas reported first-half revenue of €3.18 billion, a 29.8% year-over-year increase, driven by strong demand across its defense and technology segments. EBITDA surged 72% to €456 million, with margins expanding to 14.4%.
The company’s net income rose 2.1% to €219 million, while its backlog reached a record €20.53 billion, more than doubling from the prior year. Growth was supported by contract wins in digital transformation and defense sectors.
Shares showed muted reaction in early trading as investors digested the mixed performance in net income growth relative to revenue gains.
