Hyperliquid trades near $77 after 194% surge
Hyperliquid, a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange, has seen its value surge 194% in 2026.
The exchange offers perpetual futures to crypto traders, allowing highly leveraged bets on future prices.
Regulators had viewed these futures as too risky, but a CFTC-regulated exchange, Kalshi, has now launched similar trading, seeing $1 billion in volume in its first week.
