Herbalife reported Q2 net sales of $1.3 billion, meeting guidance, with adjusted EBITDA of $167 million amid broad-based regional expansion.

Herbalife posted second-quarter net sales of $1.3 billion, a 5.4% year-over-year increase, aligning with the high end of its guidance range. The company marked its fourth consecutive quarter of sales growth, driven by gains in Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $167 million, near the top of the $150 million to $170 million guided range. Constant-currency sales rose 5.8%, exceeding expectations. India and North America led regional performance, with India reporting 33% reported sales growth and 47% on a constant-currency basis.

CEO Stephan Gratziani highlighted progress in personalized nutrition, combining digital tools and distributor support. The company’s strategy focuses on leveraging technology and product innovation to sustain growth.
