Helen of Troy posted first-quarter adjusted earnings per share of $0.17, surpassing the expected $0.05 loss by $0.22. Revenue rose 8.2% to $402.1 million from $371.7 million a year earlier, exceeding the $368.53 million consensus estimate.
The company’s Home & Outdoor segment saw revenue increase 9.5%, while Beauty & Wellness sales climbed 7.0%. Fiscal 2027 revenue guidance was raised to a range of $1.759 billion to $1.831 billion, with the midpoint slightly above analyst expectations of $1.79 billion. Adjusted EPS guidance remained unchanged at $3.25 to $3.75.
Shares were little changed in premarket trading, edging down 0.14% following the release.
