HashKey Holdings has merged its Hong Kong, Global, Singapore, and Middle East crypto exchanges into a single platform and application. The unified system, announced Monday, replaces siloed regional models with a “unified entry, localized compliance” approach, allowing users to access the same app while adhering to local regulations.

The shift reflects broader industry trends as exchanges move away from fragmented compliance structures. Competitors like OKX also operate under a single front-end but maintain separate legal entities for different regions. HashKey’s consolidation aims to simplify user experience without compromising regulatory adherence.

The platform will manage compliance across Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Bermuda, ensuring localized oversight while maintaining a single interface. The move follows increasing regulatory scrutiny in key markets, prompting exchanges to balance accessibility with jurisdictional requirements.
