The toy and game maker raised its revenue and profit outlook following record sales of its trading card franchise.
Hasbro increased its 2026 financial targets after Magic: The Gathering revenue surged to a record $545.3 million in Q2, up 32% year-over-year. The company now expects 5%-7% constant-currency revenue growth, up from 3%-5%, and adjusted EBITDA of $1.45 billion to $1.50 billion, raised from $1.40 billion to $1.45 billion.
Second-quarter revenue reached $1.14 billion, beating analyst estimates of $1.07 billion, while adjusted earnings per share hit $1.28, above the $1.14 forecast. The Wizards of the Coast segment, driven by the Marvel Super Heroes set, grew 27% to $663.8 million.
The company also raised its adjusted operating margin outlook to 25%-26% from 24%-25%. Hasbro cited strong demand for upcoming releases as a key driver for the improved guidance.
