Great Divide Mining (GDM) has finalized a 12-month offtake agreement with MRI Trading for all gold concentrate produced at its Challenger Gold Mine in New South Wales. The deal, effective from April 2026 to June 2027, guarantees MRI Trading will purchase 26 to 52 wet metric tonnes of concentrate weekly as production scales up.

Payments to GDM will be tied to London Bullion Market Association benchmark rates, with provisional payments issued within three business days of shipment. The mine’s processing plant recently began commercial shipments, marking a key milestone in its ramp-up phase.

Gold concentrate will be transported via the Port of Melbourne and shipped internationally through Port Klang, Malaysia. The agreement aligns with industry practices and supports GDM’s operational expansion at the Challenger site.
