Grayscale files for US Worldcoin ETF listing on Nasdaq
Grayscale has filed an S-1 registration statement for a Worldcoin ETF, expanding its crypto-related exchange-traded products.
The proposed ETF would list on the Nasdaq under the symbol GWLD, with BitGo Bank & Trust as custodian and BNY Mellon as administrator.
The Worldcoin ETF adds to Grayscale’s lineup of 17 crypto-related products, including those tracking Bitcoin and Ether.
The filing does not disclose management fees or seed investment details.
