Grab Holdings CEO Anthony Tan sold 400,000 Class A Ordinary Shares on July 10, 2026, for $1.6 million under a prearranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. The transaction was executed at a weighted-average price of $3.91, near the stock’s closing price of $3.93 that day.

The sale accounted for 93% of Tan’s direct holdings, leaving him with 28,498 shares, or 0.0007% of the company. The plan was adopted in November 2025, and the shares were not sold in a discretionary market trade. Grab reported trailing twelve-month revenue of $3.6 billion and net income of $379.0 million, with a market capitalization of $15.1 billion as of July 13, 2026.

Grab’s stock has underperformed over the past year, with a one-year total return of -20% at the time of the transaction.
