Glenview Capital disclosed a new position in Genius Sports Limited (GENI), owning over 2 million shares as of Q4 2025. The sports tech firm serves leagues, betting, and media industries globally with data and streaming solutions.

Genius Sports posted a Q1 GAAP net loss of $55.5 million, up from $8.2 million year-over-year, while revenue rose 31% to $188 million. Earnings per share of $0.21 missed the $0.09 analyst estimate. Executives, including the CEO, sold millions in shares in early 2026.

The company’s revenue growth outpaced expectations, but widening losses and insider selling raised concerns among investors.
