FedEx Freight, spun off as an independent entity on June 1, 2026, operates in less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping, handling industrial and commercial freight. The trust’s portfolio totals $34.42 billion, with existing holdings in Berkshire Hathaway, Caterpillar, and Canadian National Railway.
