Flutter Entertainment (FLUT) has officially removed its shares from the London Stock Exchange, ending its U.K. listing. The move follows the company’s decision to shift its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange in January 2023, citing better liquidity and investor access in the U.S. market.
The delisting concludes a process initiated last year, with Flutter retaining a secondary listing in Dublin. Analysts had anticipated the move after the company’s U.S. shareholder base grew to over 70% of its total. The LSE had previously accounted for a smaller portion of trading volume.
Shares will continue trading on the NYSE and Euronext Dublin, with no immediate impact on operations or governance. The company operates brands including Paddy Power, Betfair, and FanDuel.
