A 74-year-old Florida man was pressured into buying a $3,000 extended truck warranty. He canceled the agreement within the 30-day waiting period.
The man had signed the agreement with Exclusive National Auto Club after being informed of problems with his original warranty company.
He submitted the required paperwork for cancellation but is still waiting for his refund months later.
