Fiserv lowers full-year 2026 organic revenue guidance to a decline of 1% amid macro headwinds and strategic tech investments.

Fiserv revised its full-year 2026 organic revenue guidance to a range of minus 1%, citing macro volatility in Argentina, slower client implementation timelines, and delayed growth initiatives. The company also announced incremental investments in technology infrastructure as part of a strategic realignment.

Recurring revenue remains a stabilizer, accounting for 85% of total adjusted revenue, despite headwinds in non-recurring revenue. Management is centralizing product and technology operations to eliminate duplication and accelerate delivery, while prioritizing platform stability and cybersecurity.

CEO Takis Georgakopoulos initiated a portfolio review to assess product competitiveness, shifting toward partnerships over internal development. The Commerce Hub is being positioned as a unified solution for merchant services, integrating gateways and value-added offerings like Clover.
