Fidus Investment (NASDAQ:FDUS) reported adjusted net investment income of $0.50 per share for Q2 2026, covering its base dividend. The company also recorded $6.4 million in net realized gains from equity investments in three portfolio companies.
Net asset value rose to $738.5 million, or $19.46 per share, as of June 30. The board declared a total third-quarter dividend of $0.50 per share, including a $0.43 base and $0.07 supplemental dividend, payable September 29.
Fidus originated $98 million in investments during the quarter, primarily M&A-driven first-lien deals, while repayments totaled $39.2 million. The portfolio’s fair value reached $1.4 billion, with debt investments at $1.3 billion and equity at $147.2 million.
