Nasdaq-listed FG Nexus completed the sale of its entire digital asset portfolio by June 30, ending its Ethereum treasury strategy after less than a year. The company realized $60.956 million in cash proceeds from ETH sales in the first half, with an additional $14.983 million collected in July.

FG Nexus had previously held over 50,000 ETH at its peak. The discontinued digital asset operations posted a $45.207 million loss, including a $41.167 million loss on ETH, while generating only $144,000 in staking revenue.

The company plans to reallocate capital toward real estate investments, specifically land-lease manufactured housing properties, though no definitive agreement has been finalized.
