The European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control over InPost S.A. (INPOY, INPOF) by a consortium led by FedEx Corporation (FDX), A&R Investments Limited, and Advent International. The deal proceeds without remedies after the regulator found no competition concerns in the parcel delivery and e-commerce logistics sectors.

InPost, a Poland-based parcel locker and delivery firm, operates across Europe with over 20,000 automated parcel machines. The transaction was first announced in late 2023, with FedEx and Advent International aiming to expand their European footprint amid rising demand for last-mile delivery solutions.

No immediate market reaction was reported following the approval, which was widely expected after the Commission opened a Phase I review in January.
