Exzeo Group (NYSE:XZO) posted second-quarter results above guidance, with managed premium rising to $1.4 billion from $1.2 billion in Q1. Revenue increased to $58 million, up from $56 million, driven by higher premium volume. Pre-tax income surpassed $31 million, while adjusted EBITDA margin exceeded 53%.
Annual recurring revenue reached $211 million, and the company added GEICO as its eighth carrier partner. Agent numbers and quote volume more than doubled year to date. Exzeo maintained its full-year outlook and projected Q3 pre-tax income of $28 million to $31 million.
The company also launched an AI-focused venture initiative to explore applications in catastrophe claims processing and other areas.
